Andersons 26-0-8 +3% Fe

26-0-8 plus 3% iron (with 75% slow release nitrogen) is encapsulated using Andersons new ExtendTM PCU technology which ensures the slow release portion of this product lasts at least a full 8-12 weeks and possibly more depending on release conditions. It is recommended that the rate is 25 or 30g/m2 (250-300 kg/ha) where soil conditions are known to have nutrient depletion, to ensure extended nitrogen release.

Formulation/ Analysis:

  • 26.0% Total nitrogen (N)
  • 26.0% Urea nitrogen*
  • 10.0% Soluble potash (K2O) from potassium sulphate
  • 3.4% Total sulphur (S) from sulphate
  • 3.0% Iron (Fe) from iron oxide
  • *19.5% slowly available nitrogen from polymer coated urea

Application Timing, Special Instructions and Rates:

  • Apply at 25-30 g/m2 (250-300 kg/ha) as required. Due to longevity of slow release, application rates must be kept high.
  • Apply to dry turf and follow with 4-6 mm of irrigation and if
  • temperatures are high, or if turf is wet, thoroughly water it immediately after application.
