Andersons Pendi Pro® 22-0-5

Andersons Pendi Pro 22-0-5 is a combination herbicide and premium controlled release fertiliser for the pre-emergent control of wintergrass, summergrass, crabgrass, and crowsfoot grass in turf. It provides controlled release nitrogen and potassium for long term feeding following application. 

Use only on established turfgrasses.

Formulation/Analysis:

• 22.0% Total nitrogen
• 22.0% Urea nitrogen
• 8.8% other slow available N from PCSCU
• 5.0% Potassium
• 3.5% Sulphur

Benefits:

• 7.5 g/kg Pendimethalin.
• For pre-emergence control of summergrass, crowsfoot and Poa annua.
• 40% PCSCU to provide slow release nitrogen for up to 6-8 weeks.
• Also contains potassium and sulphur.

Application Timing, Special Instructions and Rates:  

• • Apply at 22-26g/m2 (220-260 kg/ha).
  • Apply to dry turf as an even coverage. 
  • Water it in with at least 10 mm of water within 24 hours of application. 
  • Apply a repeat application after 6-8 weeks for extended control or where heavy infestation
  • is expected. 
  • Use only on established turfgrasses. 
  • Control of germinating weed seedlings can be expected for up to 10 weeks after application depending upon temperature, rainfall, soil type and other factors. 
  • Do not mow treated area until product has been watered in and turf foliage has dried.
  • Do not use on newly planted areas until the grass has been mowed four times and has filled in. 
  • Do not apply more than one application per year to bentgrass or perennial ryegrass turf. 
  • Do not over apply especially under the branch spread of trees and shrubs.

For a granular spreader which can be calibrated for even output and capable of giving even application, use a double application technique: i.e. half rate width, to achieve a full rate application.
